Fitness and nutrition have always been a big part of my life, but my philosophy has evolved over the years. Like many women, I used to chase unrealistic standards that led to burnout, stress, and emotional eating. Over time, I realized that lasting results do not come from restriction or extremes. They come from compassion, balance, and structure that supports your lifestyle.
